ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT

We are looking to expand our successful Finance Team, based in Cam, Dursley just off the M5 north of Bristol.

Refuse Vehicle Solutions Ltd (RVS) are the UK's leading dedicated provider of refuse vehicles. Our growing portfolio of services includes the supply of new, quality used or electric converted refuse vehicles, vehicle remanufacturing, vehicle repairs and servicing, a nationwide mobile engineer network, breakdown service, parts and tyre departments, finance and vehicle transportation.

The role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager and primarily responsible for the maintenance and processing of the purchase ledger, dealing with telephone/email invoice queries and ensuring that all information is accurate and entered in a timely manner. You would be working in a small team for a rapidly growing business in a busy office environment.
We are looking for an aspiring Accounts Payable Assistant who is keen to learn on the job and has an appetite to progress within a rapidly growing business. We would be flexible to consider offering further training opportunities and/or study assistance.

About The Role

As a Cylinder and Hose Technician, you will provide a friendly, efficient, and professional service. You will need to be able to work well within a team, sometimes under high pressure.

Key Requirements:

- Re-ordering of consumables after completing regular level checks.

- Parts stock checking and computer updating of discrepancies.

- Good Housekeeping

- Professional, courteous, and friendly approach toward their work

- Good geographical knowledge

- Excellent time management & personal organisational skills
