RVS Appoints Operations Manager

RVS has appointed Mark Robinson as Operations Manager to support its engineering team.

Mark, who was previously Fleet & Workshop Operations Manager at Swindon Borough Council, started his career over 27 years ago as an Apprentice Technician and worked his way up the ranks.

Mark Robinson, Operations Manager, RVS: “It’s great to be working with such a motivated team of people. I will be supporting the engineers in our service and parts departments, and out in the field. I like the fact that RVS want to empower their staff and enable them to implement new ideas. My role is to facilitate that, making sure the right processes are in place to enable each team member to fulfil their potential and be as efficient as possible.”

RVS supplies brand new ‘off the shelf’ refuse vehicles and Quality Used refuse trucks, as well as specialist remanufacturing services, to the public and private sector. In keeping with its Complete Refuse Vehicle Solution commitment, the company provides the full range of support services including repairs, maintenance, vehicle hire, contract hire, parts and finance.
