We have partnered with Grundon in a bid to convert two of their existing fleet. This move follows a recent e-One demo where the vehicle exceeded expectations of its battery performance.
Commenting on the announcement, Managing Director Spencer Law said “Our team is delighted with this move, and it's easy to see how our e-One impressed every company during the demo. With only state-of-the-art technology used during the refurbishing and repowering process, there are no compromises made with safety or reliability."
After the successful trial, Bradley Smith, Director at Grundon, explains: “This was about testing the technology to understand the vehicle’s range and suitability and we’re pleased to say it exceeded our expectations.
“Having proved that the vehicle is more than capable of operating a full day on just one charge, we have every confidence that, as we retrofit this clean technology onto two of our own vehicles, customers and local residents will see the increased benefits of our zero-emission and zero-noise collections.”
Grundon then followed up with their own press release that has been published on the company's website. Click here if you want to know more or visit this link.
