- Bin lift professionally steam cleaned
Structural Works
- Overhaul bin lift assembly replacing worn profiles, all bearings, pins and bushes
Hydraulic Works
- Hydraulic cylinders removed, tested and remanufactured
- Hydraulic steel pipes tested and replaced as required
- All flexible hoses replaced with new
Electrical Works
- Main bin lift control removed, inspected and repaired where required
- Control boxes and ancillary wiring looms replaced with new
- Proximity switches for bin lift controls replaced with new
Final Vehicle Finishing & Delivery
- Cosmetic work to enhance vehicle including replacement of damaged side guards and any safety barriers, prior to painting
- Bin lift shot blasted, primed and painted
- Finished with paint protection polish
- Safety decals fitted new
