When you contact us through an enquiry form, by telephone or through other correspondence, we may receive your name, company name, email address, telephone number, enquiry subject, vehicle or parts requirements and the information you include in your message.
Enquiries may relate to new or used vehicles, municipal vehicle hire, equipment, remanufacturing, electric conversions, life extension, servicing, spare parts, bodywork or other RVS services. We also keep relevant correspondence and information needed to deal with your request.
If you apply for a role or send us your CV, we receive the contact details, work history, qualifications and other information you choose to provide. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry or application, and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
If you choose to receive marketing, we keep the contact information you provide and a record of your choice, including any later withdrawal.
Information collected through the website
Technical information may include your IP address, browser, device type, requested pages, dates and times, and security or error information. Where you allow optional Google services, additional visit, interaction and device information is processed as explained in section 9.
We usually obtain information directly from you or your use of our website. A colleague or representative may also provide your business contact details when arranging an enquiry or service on your behalf.
Vehicle and parts enquiries
The website currently displays vehicles and parts for enquiry. Online checkout is not currently offered. Contacting us about an item does not require you to enter payment-card information on the website.

Providing enquiry information is generally voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to process the relevant form; without enough contact and enquiry details we may be unable to respond or provide a quotation. You can use the alternative contact methods on our Contact Us page.
We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Google reCAPTCHA performs automated spam-risk checks and may prevent a form submission; if you experience difficulty, please contact us using the telephone details provided.
4. Marketing is your choice
Where we offer marketing communications, we ask you to opt in using a separate, unticked checkbox or another clear affirmative choice. You do not have to agree to marketing to make an enquiry or use our services.
Submitting an enquiry, accepting optional cookies or allowing form protection does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter or marketing email, or by using our Contact Us page.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent. We may keep a limited suppression record so that we can respect your choice not to receive further marketing. We may still send necessary replies to your enquiries or messages concerning a service you have requested.
